Installing the pre-requirements
-------------------------------
We recommend adding the ``deadsnakes`` ppa to install Python 3.11:

sudo apt -y install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:deadsnakes/ppa
Now install the pre-requirements with apt:
