"The connection was reset" when saving setting #4

Title says it all.
Why when saving setting is "The connection was reset" happening. have to reload page and not resend whatever bs again. So have to reload home page delete some ish. just go in code and have when save settings go back to home page.

So i tied it end to the button doesn't have a forward address after. so here is
