1.  Purge command  ('piurge') - Remove old image files from Transcode cache
2.  Environment variables support to tailor operation
    - DBREPAIR_CACHEAGE -  Set max age of files to retain
    - DBREPAIR_PAGESIZE    -  Set Plex SQLite database page_size
